Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Orders $50+

  • Orders of $50 or more receive free shipping within the United States.

  • Orders under $50 will be charged shipping fees at checkout based on your location and delivery method.

Order Processing

  • All orders take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are generally processed and shipped same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

  • No weekend shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Holiday Delays
During holiday periods, please allow additional time for order processing and carrier delivery.

Shipping Confirmation
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.


Return Policy

Dietary Supplements

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item from Simply Elevated Nutrition within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • The product ship date is considered the date of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

  • The original packing slip is required for all returns.

  • Returns will not be processed without a valid return confirmation number.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@simplyelevatednutrition.com to begin your return and receive a return confirmation number.

  2. Pack the item(s) in the original box, if available.

  3. Include the original packing slip, clearly labeled with the word “RETURN” and your return confirmation number.

  4. Indicate which item(s) you are returning from the original order.

  5. Ship to:

  1. Use the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.
